Ready, set, go. Day 1
Day 1~ July 9, 2017 Good morning. Today we are getting ready to head out on our trip. I am not sure if I am ready for this trip, but I have a feeling that it will be fun. I am a mother of 5 children, and I hope they all stay safe while I am gone. I have been here since 7:30 am. I wasn't the first person here, but I have been up since 3am getting ready for this trip. I didn't have my list handy and I was thinking we needed to bring a mess kit, plate, fork, cup. So I grabbed random stuff and when I got here I seen that Heritage is supplying this. I think we are all thinking about what we might have forgotten. Two weeks seems to be long enough for all of us to get to know each other and also get tired of one another. I have been a wildland firefighter for many years and have had to camp with my coworkers and when the two weeks was about to end, we all needed a break from one another. I am hoping for a good experience for all of us. Soon this whole trip will be a memory. Live in t
